DE: In der Liegerad-Szene kennt man uns unter dem Namen Wolf & Wolf. Seit 2016 sind wir als Aussteller auf der SPEZI präsent. Die Möglichkeit, diese Messe zu übernehmen, konnten und wollten wir dem SPEZI-Gründer Hardy Siebecke nicht ausschlagen, denn nebst dem Fahrradbau ist die Förderung der Fahrradkultur und die Umweltbildung in unserem Unternehmenszweck verankert.

Wir von der Wolf & Wolf GmbH sind zu dritt: Gabriel, Florian und Franz. Wir produzieren sportliche Tourenliegeräder in unseren beiden Werkstätten in Muttenz in der Schweiz und in Lauchringen in Deutschland. Ausserdem bauen wir jährlich mit einer Gruppe von Schüler:innen Liegeräder und fahren gemeinsam über die Alpen bis ans Meer.

Hardy und seine engsten Mitstreiter:innen haben sich mit Herzblut über 25 Jahre der SPEZI verschrieben und damit einen für die Spezialrad-Szene beeindruckenden Wert geschaffen. Wir freuen uns riesig, die Messeorganisation zu übernehmen und möchten den bisherigen, einzigartigen und besonderen Flair der Messe weiterführen.

EN: We are known as Wolf & Wolf and have been exhibiting our recumbent bikes at SPEZI since 2016. We feel honored to take over the SPEZI fair from its founder Hardy Siebecke and will do our best to continue in his footsteps promoting and enabling bicycle innovation and exchange in a lively and growing community.

At Wolf & Wolf there are three of us: Gabriel, Florian and Franz. We produce sporty touring recumbent bikes in our two workshops in Muttenz, Switzerland, and in Lauchringen, Germany. In cooperation with a local school and every year, we instruct, supervise and accompany the production of recumbent bikes with a group of teenagers to ride with them across the Alps to the Mediterranean.

With their hearts and souls, Hardy Siebecke and his closest companions have created an indispensable event in the specialized bike scene. We are very happy to take over the organization and realization of the SPEZI and will do our best to continue the unique and special atmosphere of the fair.

FR: Nous sommes Wolf & Wolf et nous exposons nos vélos couchés au SPEZI depuis 2016. Lorsque son fondateur Hardy Siebecke nous a proposé de reprendre les rênes et d'organiser le salon SPEZI, nous n'avons pas pu résister. Nous nous sentons honorés de pouvoir continuer sur ses traces et ainsi promouvoir l'innovation et l'échange de vélos dans une communauté vivante et en pleine croissance.

Nous sommes une équipe de 3 : Gabriel, Florian et Franz. Nous produisons des vélos couchés de tourisme sportif dans nos deux ateliers à Muttenz, en Suisse, et à Lauchringen, en Allemagne. Chaque année, nous instruisons, supervisons et accompagnons la production de vélos couchés avec un groupe d'adolescents pour traverser avec eux les Alpes jusqu'à la Méditerranée.

Hardy Siebecke et ses plus proches compagnons ont créé un événement indispensable dans le milieu du vélo spécialisé. Nous sommes très heureux de reprendre l'organisation du SPEZI et ferons de notre mieux pour perpétuer l'atmosphère unique et spéciale du salon.

DE: Die Herausforderungen des bisherigen Ortes Germersheim haben mit der Größe der Messe zugenommen. Den Transfer in eine sterile Messehalle würde den historisch gewachsenen SPEZI-Charakter auf den Kopf stellen. Der neue Standort Lauchringen liegt im Herzen von Europa und die Gemeinde ist seit zwei Jahren im Besitz des 7,5 Hektar grossen, ehemaligen Industriegeländes „Lauffenmühle". Es ist ein inspirierendes Areal mit Geschichte und viel Potential. Wir konnten eine Partnerschaft mit der örtlichen Gemeinde schliessen, was wir als starkes und wichtiges Signal für dieses Fest, diesen Treffpunkt, dieses Wiedersehen dankbar annehmen.

Es ist immer schwer einen Veranstaltungsort zu wechseln, erst recht nach 25 Jahren. So sind wir auch in diesem Fall auf eure Unterstützung und euren Goodwill angewiesen. Dafür möchten wir uns schon im Vorfeld bedanken.

EN: Due to the continuous growing of the event, we needed a new location and are happy to be provided with the former industrial area "Lauffenmühle" in Lauchringen of the size of 7.5 hectare by the local municipality. It is a historic area with a lot of inspiring potential. We gratefully acknowledge the immense support of the local municipality of Lauchringen in enabling the realization of this special event.

We would also like to thank you for your support in moving with us to this new location.

FR: En raison de la croissance continue de l'événement, nous avions besoin d'un nouvel emplacement. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir eu a disposition par la municipalité l'ancienne zone industrielle "Lauffenmühle" à Lauchringen, d'une superficie de 7,5 hectares. Il s'agit d'une zone historique avec un grand potentiel. Nous remercions la municipalité de Lauchringen pour son immense soutien qui a permis la réalisation de cet événement spécial.
